yah, the PWJDM is not bad at all. the weight is definitely good and shorter height makes the gates feel very good.

that sucks. been really liking my mbp i bought last summer. it's a 13.3" i5 with 2.3GHz (?) 8G RAM with dual harddrives for my photo's and music recording and virtual instruments. works great too.

hey there, mr. alcheng. that looks like how my town looks as well. hahaha. wasn't too bad though, about 2in max but the blowing snow made it deep in some areas. my G did fine on the way home with LM60's.

no car action today.

Good Morning Mr. Happy, Mr. Kenchan, Mr. DAvenue, and Mr. OnZedge. Sucks about your Macbook DAvenue. I think I am going to install my Z1 oil cooler today. I was going to do it at OnZedges place but the scheduling did not work out so I am going to tackle the job myself. Hope the Koni's made it the top of the domestic list.

Good morning everyone.

Srenity - I'll be doing the same in a couple of weeks so I'm looking forward to hear how things go for you on the Z1 oil cooler install.

Nice. That's pretty much the same as my MBP. Dual 2.4GHz, 8GB RAM, 250GB HDD and 13.3 display. It's just an awesome notebook as you are well aware.

I took it apart yesterday and found corrosion on the logic board (pic attached). The good news is that I can replace it. The bad news is that a new board will cost $500-700. The price seemed high but when I factored in the dual CPU's and new GPU that's included with it, the price actually seemed kind of fair. The wife has given me her blessing to order it but I honestly feel bad after installing the Koni's ~2 weeks ago.

Good morning all.

ahh, i opened mine up twice to increase ram and also to add the 2nd HD. i luv my mbp, it's been really great. yep, for $700 i would just get a new one and keep that one for spare parts if you can clean the other bits and salvage them.

Just a quick update --- I replaced the logic board earlier and basked in the joy of my Frankenstein moment. Twas a glorious day.

That's a good thing I guess! It's usually a prerequisite!

In for first impressions! I've got my K&N drop ins, but I've been holding off on installing them until I get my post MAF tubes!

Do you already have the370z.com stickers on that little side window? If not, perhaps snug the Z1 sticker in teh corner of each one. Are they vinyl?

Bought a roll cage mount for my GoPro. Plus a Kindle Fire to keep my life mate at ease for all the things I do to my car. Lol.
