hey, i use to drive there every weekend over 12yrs ago.

on the way back down to PCH after the twisties, i took tuna canyon and headed home.

That's a great route, I've gone that route a few times and love it. Piuma would be one of my favorite roads but the pavement can get really choppy in places. No where near as bad as the back half of Mulholland after Kanan though.

hahaha! i had a culture shock moving back to the midwest after 3yrs of canyon carving in LA.

but this was part of the sacrifice i needed to make inorder to have my current lifestyle.

i'll go back when im retired.

so you work at a store? that's cool, is that a family owned store?

It's always mouthwatering when thinking about retirement.. LOL I still have (hopefully)about 20 yrs to go... I don't mind it comes sooner, hahaaa

I run an eyeglasses store in here, been running this one for about 8 yrs, any one need Maui Jim???

hahaha, even if i retire my full time job i will continue to work part time i think. i like working. makes me feel like i accomplished something everyday.

i will probably have my own shop to sell things from japan.

on the eyeglasses store.
