But right on on being debt free, and buying a HOME..notice i used the word HOME, and not house..

Housing should stay flat for a while, The rates will stay historically low for a while, and we will get a notice when the FEDS plan to move on rates.

Any one else, get ready. Time flies.. MONEY MANAGEMENT is the foundation to a financially secure life...You CANNOT build a portfolio with debt on your head...Only a First fixed vanilla Mortgage that you can deduct is king.

After Inflation and deductions, a 4.5% fixed loan is about 3% approx..then when rates go up and are like 1990's at double digits..you will be in the cat bird seat..

Good luck to all my new Z buds...Watch out when you talk money...Mini Vinnie Diesel gets excited...

Hey man, you're alright! haha

talking Money does the same thing to me lol

Solar,

A lot of guys on the forum are running Hankooks as alternatives to the stock tires. They have great reviews, only negative I've heard is a slightly softer sidewall that may be minimally felt on aggressive turning.

yah, but i thought you were only thinking about plasti dip because you wanted to be under your fiance's save for house radar? :icon17: i highly recommend the fujimura rear CF diffuser. that's wat im running. :)

sounds good. house (garage) => car => tools => mods => more cars in that order.

these days ive not spent much on my cars...

What I found really interesting is that the flat tire does not fit in the spot where the spare came out of. What do you do if you are on a road trip with luggage? :ugh2:

I'll keep you guys informed on events as they unfold. Still have to get the TMPS swapped-out and a front end alignment. That should happen next week.

I just hope there aren't any bent suspension pieces. I was only going 25 mph when I hit the pot hole, but the impact knocked the wheel out of my hands.

Sorry to hear that gurneyeagle, don't know the '09 TMPS does not work on '11 model, have you tried bringing it to the dealer and let them program it??

Not sure on the aftermarket wheels. I don't know if you can use the factory sensors in aftermarket rims. Anybody?

Should be ok, they also have NISSAN TMPS and aftermarket one too.

mr.alcheng- is there anyone other than fujimura that makes axle backs? i think the only other option was the unimpressive HKS muffler and some cheezy pipe + exhaust tips and hanger approach.

super cheap = washer mod. lol :icon17:

It would be a great thread to direct people to. Especially when 16 year olds who don't have jobs come on the forum talking about purchasing the Z for their first car and get mad when we tell them not to lol
