Interesting, thanks. I can never decide which knob to get... At this rate I'll just keep it stock.. lol

I'm really thinking the Big Type R would rock....but I'm kinda loathe to change the knob out a third time. :ugh2:

Curious to know what you do with all your old shift knobs :p

Just washed and polished the Z this evening. The temperature was about 40 degrees, but I was determined to return my baby to form. Couldn't wait for the Porter Cable kit. Won't arrive until Thursday or Friday.

Oooh, Porter Cable! Nice choice. :icon17:

Curious though, what made you choose the PC over the Griots or others?

:iagree: My Porter Cable is very useful. On the topic of the PWJDM shift knob, it is samller than stock. But, the weight of the stainless makes for very smooth shifts and I have become used to the size.

The PWJDM has a very nice collection, and I am looking at MOMO too. Leather or CF.

Don't wanna get my palm burnt in the summer so no Titan for me. LOL

You guys are making me want to buy that knob... like now

Members of this forum mentioned it several times so I researched it a bit, and it seemed like a good first kit. I'm a newbie. :D

Longest Daytona 500 in history... But i stopped by to see what's up...10x the excitement with more growl ? That will be on the list... I will sneak the K and N in, and see if she notice the power increase.

Well back to the last laps, hopefully...

:yum: Looks so yummy (just like mine)!!!:yum: it definitely has a nice finish with the ring. I got the stainless knob as well, but with the titanium ring. :icon17: I too have become used to the size, and have taken my right-hand ring off to keep from scratching it.

Tore up the old knob trying to get it off. Why would you put threadlock on a knob Nissan? Why?

What I did today, er yesterday. Put my new plate on. Picked up my new tires. Waiting on my rims. Wash my baby. Picked up new GF. Took her on a date. And just got back home. :happydance: This 56 yr old widower, empty nester still has his mojo! :happydance:
