That's one of the many false myths that were circulating. The GT-R uses regular floating rotors (2 piece design). Probably around $1K to replace rotors and pads.

The upcoming Spec-V has the carbon-ceramic rotors that will cost several thousand to replace, $5-6K my guess just for rotors.
