Coming to a light where I had the green, just as I crossed the intersection, this one car in the cross traffic, came to a stop and quickly bolted out right in front of me. They either weren't paying any attention to what the hell they were doing, or they don't have a license and are driving without giving a damn about the road rules. What is it with these idiots?!
