You guys need to lay off the whole benchracing thing. If you have a chance to drive both, you will know the difference. The Corvette is an extremely difficult car to drive. I owned a non Z06, but I have driven many Z06s and I can tell you they really put the scare in you at the track or even in a parking lot. Heck, I am afraid to drive it on the street. When you spin in a fast car, you hit things a lot harder as you slide a lot more. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...&v=vCWJEfoyLcQ Last edited by cossie1600; 10-28-2011 at 01:18 PM. |

However, I find it interesting that the GT-R shares the same weight distribution. I feel sure that if Nissan did not like those proportions, both the 370Z and the GT-R, with their completely different lay-outs, would not share them.

Nissan claims the car's weight distribution levels out to near 50/50 under the load of acceleration. I read it in the 370z brochure. Mentioned earlier in the thread *** Last edited by bigsix; 10-29-2011 at 09:15 AM. Reason: already mentioned |
