as mentioned the US city is just the port of entry, but they do install some of the options, like splash guards, spoiler, mats...... as for the ones from LA

as for the ones from LA to TN, the ship gets in to the LA port about 1 week before the ship would make it to Jacksonville, so it is probably more of a scheduling thing depending on when they want some of the cars to get to their destination.
