Stock they put down ~415HP, so I can easily buy a good +100HP with a good tune on a forced induction car. Take it to a chassis dyno!

Nose looks stock to me. The 996 body style never did it for me...weird looking headlights...

RE: weird looking headlights.. Yeah I never liked them either but I saw Porsche made a cover to give them the traditional shape. Great improvement, but the new owner gets to decide what he likes. Sweet deal.
