There is an easy fix for that… For smokers, the world is their ash tray.

In all fairness, it isn't the CAR... it's the owners!

it all depends on how you plan to drive your car.

only serious problems i can think of

DD - cant really think of anything, besides road noise jk

Spirited second car - oil temps, POSSIBLY fuel starvation w a low tank

Track car - fuel starvation, oil cooler, ABS, brakes, etc.

And finding a dealer that actually will fix your car

For me (in 5 months of ownership and 2,800 miles)...

1. Diver foot rest (small aluminum part) is some weak piece just there for looks. I put too much pressure on it and it bent. Looks like crap now.

2. A couple places where paint has peeled from plastic pieces where they mate against the sheet metal. Want dealer to fix but they'll probably just dab touch up paint on there.

3. Oil temps. This summer I've run about 220 degrees just freeway driving and if I have to climb a grade it hits 250 degrees easily. No, I'm not heavy on the pedal and yes, oil level is perfect.

4. I get some kind of wind noise on driver side pillar (by windshield) and it's very annoying.

5. The AT shifts pretty quick in manual mode but the 2-3 shift is sluggish. Not really a problem just annoying.

My Z is perfect in every way for what I need and expect it to do. Haven't had a single problem that is worth complaining about.

Second 370Z as well. First one was FI after the odometer hit 2800 miles up until I traded it in at 19,900. That was on a stock block and tranny, I also ran the piss out of it. It still had zero issues when I put it back to stock. Strong cars.

VDC is great if you want your car to get stuck when you need power.

VDC= Varies per Driver Control. Only real drivers don't need.
