i tried the white window paint marker from staples...once for autoX when i didnt have my magnet #'s and when i cleaned it off... little white specs that had dried

i tried the white window paint marker from staples...once for autoX when i didnt have my magnet #'s and when i cleaned it off... little white specs that had dried the next day got all in the paint where the surface wasnt 100% smooth..... i had to wax and wax and pick with my finger nail to get it all out... but this was on a black car....
