In regards to your inquiry, in order to decrease oil temperature that may activate this engine protection system, Nissan recommends that an oil cooler kit be fitted to the 370Z. If you wish to purchase the Nissan Motorsports accessory oil cooler kit, it is available as an after market accessory item through Nissan Motorsports, part # 21300-SS370.
