welcome to the forum and congrats on the Z and crossing 1k. If I may suggest, do some research and use the search function a lot, as that will answer most, if not all your questions...
The topic of what/which oil to use has been covered several times over in this forum. The top 4 (there are more obviously) types of oil used here have been Nissan Ester, Mobil 1, Royal Purple, and Amsoil, all in 5W-30 weight.
