I had my oil changed at the dealer last week and I brought my own oil. On Saturday morning I wake up to a huge puddle of oil under my car. I check the oil and it's 2 quarts low. The dealer said the copper crush washer was not fastened properly and changed my oil for free. Who knows how much oil I lost during those days in between the two services? I’m very Pissed off!!!!
