Don't bother having the bumper buffed out (I assume you don't own a buffer and will have to pay someone to do it). You're getting a new one anyways, besides,

Don't bother having the bumper buffed out (I assume you don't own a buffer and will have to pay someone to do it). You're getting a new one anyways, besides, you have chips all over your bumper to begin with. Make sure you clear bra your next bumper. That's the single best investment you should do for ANY car.
