I've never heard anyone complain about the Z's clutch being hard or tiring, in fact quite the opposite. Most complain the pedal feel is very vague and you can't feel the pressure plate at all. Nissan has been using some helper springs in to the pedal to assist the driver for some time which feels like crap IMO, you can pull the spring out or swap it for a softer rate spring and its much improved.
