Body shop FAILURE!
So I got into a fender bender about a month ago and took the car in to a local body shop to get the repairs done. Because the car was so new all the parts were ordered as new straight from parts source.
The day that I brought the car, the estimator asked where the bumper was, I told him it completely came off but I did take every nut bolt and fastener off and bagged it for the auto techs. Didn't really seem like that big of a deal..... Two weeks turned into just shy of a month, I called and got the same answer: "we didn't have a bumper to start with so it's been hard getting all the parts".....PATIENTS... So we finally went in today to get the car.....THEY SPRAYED THE ENTIRE FASCIA! BEFORE  AFTER!
