Some other things your dad could do (or you although it looks like you live in a different area) would be to check cardomain for local cars displaying "new rims!"

Some other things your dad could do (or you although it looks like you live in a different area) would be to check cardomain for local cars displaying "new rims!" and also to stop by the dealership a couple times and just cruise the employee lot. If it is an inside job, you never know how dumb the thief might be. And for the cardomain, one of my friends had his rims stolen a few years back and saw someone showing pictures of their "new" wheels shortly thereafter.
