Since he's your neighbor, I feel sorry for you, because no matter what you do or say to correct the situation... he will be THERE everyday that you live there.

I would try not to escalate the situation. Imagine what he'd do to your car, your house, or hell, your family, if you're not around.

im not sure if this fits my business model as im am quite direct and clear of my objective while being polite, persistent yet quiet and patient to the point customer is comfortable, fast and responsive when i see the opportunity.

i have won supplier of the year several times with Fortune100 and 500 companies and ...but not sure wat this has to do with redneck neighbors grabbing teacher's necks and shaking them though.
