I don't think this counts as crappy parking. He turned an unusable space into a usable space and was polite enough to do it without affecting any other vehicles. He gets

Let's list the fails

1) Head in only

2) Not a compact

3) Gave no room for either car around them to pull out

4) There were plenty of other spaces

5) Genuis' around this car also not compact and don't belong in the spots
