That is ridiculous....some people shouldn't be granted the privelege of driving.

the world is full of peope that are "situationally unaware"....that why we have safety rules and safety teams and safety culture....keeps the "situationally unaware" people safe.

push it over? doesnt take much to knock a bike over. You could probably ram into it with the wheel chair, on the kickstand side and it will tip over. At least my bike does. Dont know why kawasaki made such a tall kickstand.
