They're probably doing it just to annoy you so if you get annoyed and waste your time worrying about it, then they win so don't bother. Now if a ding is left, that is an entirely different matter...

Found this retard at target this evening...took a picture from the other side but for whatever reason my phone messed it up. I thought the license plate and boat propeller were the cherries on top.
