I don't think he was backing into a spot. Instead, if you look at the left side of the photo (where there are parking spots), it might appear this driver was backing out of a spot, but apparently, he/she had some problem controlling the throttle and clutch. Perhaps the driver was trying to show off, and it back fired.

WOW & WTF....... How in the hell did this stupid dumb a** driver do this exactly? One would think that once your rear end went up a good one to two inches that you knew something was wrong.

Not a parking incident on my part but... I always park in the last spot on the curb at the end of the lot in any car Ive owned. I park my passenger side as close as I can to the curb when there is no passenger. I came out to this the other day. I had to move the cart to even get in my car.

LOL what??? I see that now but I still don't see how anyone would feel the need to floor it out of a spot like that. Just... wow. I was thinking he was trying to back in and missed the angle by a mile.

Sheesh. I'd have been fuming mad. The things people do... And look how close that red car is to the line. You got burned twice here.

Yeah, because when we need to jump parking lot islands we think ahead and put up ramps. :happydance:

Bucketlist2012 05-21-2012 12:47 PM

How do you "high center" a Car that is 4 inches off the ground...

OK , I can see a 4 wheeler on a rock that he cannot get over, but a sports car...

I worry about getting out of my driveway, and that is one inch and a slight drop..

Brain fart is my guess...

My Wife doesn't like to back in..She like to drive in the front...:ugh2::eek:

Did I just say that??:rofl2:

Bucketlist2012 05-21-2012 06:03 PM

But she did forget once that there was a curb in front of her 350Z at a Home depot once..

I had to pound out the dent in the front lower spoiler section...

Well that's the difference between bad female driver and bad male driver... female will dent the spoiler (somewhat easy fix), male will somehow manage to turn the car into a seesaw (hell to fix). :bowrofl: :stirthepot: :stirthepot:

Congrats you got 50% of the car in the spot. Next time shoot for that full 100% and people can actually get by to leave the garage! :ugh2:

Its hard to look like a swoll badass when your $43k car is stuck on a curb in front of walgreens....If that flat bed pulls the car up like that itll rip the front bumper straight off...Looks like something Sexz would do :roflpuke2:

Was at K1speed go karting with my GF the other day, parked far away from everyone else, and this idiot parks right next to the Z as if he couldn't park in the 100 other open spaces.

Haven't been in this thread in a while, y'all have some impressive parking finds lol.

LakeShow 05-23-2012 08:56 PM

^^Well he is probably also concerned about his own car, he figured let me park next to this Z, he probably won't scratch it. His truck looks pretty new and clean.

LunaZ 05-23-2012 09:05 PM

... and he's completely in his space, which for a truck driver, is uncommon. I see no foul.

GradyM333 05-23-2012 09:05 PM

My wife and I had an awesome time in Ocean City, MD this past weekend for Cruisin weekend and saw some sick cars. Definitely a fun weekend if you ever have the chance to go. Did see some amazing parking jobs as well. Here was one... Had to go around this car to get to the rest of the spaces in the lot.

I say total foul. There's just no reason to park this close to another car when there are so many open spaces. If he cares about his truck too, then he should be a gentleman and leave a space in between.

:iagree:

I believe when you're parking out in the boondocks one space is common courtesy.

Gauge 05-23-2012 10:20 PM

At least he did a good job parking. Most people with a truck looking like godzilla don't.

What Keb said. If I were to see a car parked out obviously trying to avoid people, I will give them space out of common courtesy. And it's not like his truck is at risk for door dings like the Z either.

You guys are right though, at least he parked like a competent human being. :tiphat:

I would be PO to see a truck like this parked next to my ride especially if I am 10 miles out. I would walk around the vehicle a couple of times to make sure there wasn't any scratches, or dings.
