It looks like that on any given day. Most of the culprits work in that plaza.
It's kind of hard to see the maroon F350 taking four spots in my pic, but ill give him a pass since the damn thing doesn't fit in a spot even if he tried and he's in no-man's-land.

How lazy do you have to be to park like this?

The driver was a man. He was not on wheelchair and he carried a big bag on his shoulder to go to the Farmers market.
