I was coming out of the grocery store with a cart, and this looser zipped in front of me and parked like that. I had to stop fast in order to avoid ramming the cart into him. Drives like he parks.

By stopping the cart, you are only encouraging him to do this again. Think of the big picture

Anyone who drives a compact and can't get it into regular sized parking spaces should be walking everywhere.

The killer part is, he did not even need to turn into the spot, just drive straight in.
