Yep. White with a black roof. Looking real nice.

And give the guy a break lols.

What you expect him to do? Rip that yellow plastic tube clear off the concrete with his bear hands and then proceed to back into the other space only leaving a couple millimeters between the Z and the wall?

Bear hands make me laugh. I don't know why... they are just a natural result of the right to bear arms.
But to answer your question, If I was going to park in a spot that small, I'd be as close to wall as I could so the guy next to me had room to miss my car.
