Automatic 2-1 rough downshifting

In my 7AT, like others have stated, only in M mode do i notice the sudden jerk. Its not that bad, but it is noticeable compared to a stop in

Its not that bad, but it is noticeable compared to a stop in D mode. now i just pull the ebrake when in M mode. kidding. kidding.
