Base/sport vs touring/sport

This is going to sound dumb but just kind of curious what are some of the big diff from a base/sport from touring/sport besides the leather and the peddles?

Anyone regret not getting touring?

I myself mainly just want the touring for the "suede/leather" seats and door inserts and homelink. I'm kind of thinking just getting a base + sport and maybe buying the seats from someone on the forum. Dunno if it's really worth the extra cost to get the touring since I do plan on changing out the speakers/Headunit and ppl been saying the Bose sucks on Zs and Gs.

I would get the base+sport. That is the plan once I'm done paying off these student loans!

What is the average cost difference between the two? I look on ebay at new Z's and they seem all across the board for all trim levels. I bought a new one on ebay and got a great price. I did have to drive 150 miles to get it though.

for me, i just have a base, but hey, its my Z..... its still a Z, doesnt matter what it may have in or on it, whats under the hood or what it has on its wheels (rims) we all bought the Z for being one simple thing.....The Z! thats what i bought mine for =) staying true to ones self and loving every minute of it, all the extras are accessories we dont really NEED and just jack the price up for the us the customer

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Z!...may not have the heated seats, blue tooth, exc..... but i didnt buy for accessories, but bought it because its a Z plain and simple. =)

so regrets???? i have none.

get the sports PKG. the rims on the other are bad, and if you that one you will be a tool.

The only thing the touring roadster has that I wish we had is, the burgandy interior. I think it would look great with the black cherry sport! RP

Why am I not surprised you are banned?

OP-- IMO, the touring package costs a lot more than it should. I do like the seats/pedals etc, but there is a good chance it isn't worth it unless you get a good deal on the car.
