 When I lived in PR I worked in a bad neighborhood, San Isidro I'm talking about someone shot daily. At night you could not stop at a red light you were advised by the cops to blow rite thru them. Had off duty cops working for me and all at the bakery. What's crazy is we were robbed a few times. But whoever robbed the bakery was found dead the next day. They have this thing to not rob from your own people in your own town.
