For what it's worth, my warranty info showed up today and it included their website:

I read over their FAQ and info on their product line -- my car was finished with the "Protector Interior Shield" and the "Protector Environmental Overcoat Paint Shield". The interior shield guarantees that your leather won't chalk, crack, or fade ... so that's pretty cool, I guess.

Everything they applied was done by hand. It seems to be just a combination of clay bar, their wax, and a "special" sealant. I'm sure you could purchase all of the stuff for much less than the $299 I paid, less any warranty.

I'll flag this thread and report back in a couple months after I've washed it a couple times and gotten crapped on by some birds.
