What type of towing is acceptable?

Never let the flatbed driver attach the hold down chains to anything but the tow hooks. I had a AAA approved tow driver attach them to the rear control arms

Never let the flatbed driver attach the hold down chains to anything but the tow hooks. I had a AAA approved tow driver attach them to the rear control arms (on a different car). Bent them both. Replaced at their cost, but the driver's side arm was never the same.
