What type of towing is acceptable?
I watched this video from autoblog.
YouTube - Owner and IDOT Trash C5 Corvette, 2:00am, 3/18/11 It got me thinking in a just encase type scenario. What type of towing is acceptable for our 370z? I know I don't want that guy to tow my car any where. |
it's in the owner's manual and service manual. basically flatbed or with rear wheels off the ground.

Holy crap.

 I wonder who had to pay for that |
Never let the flatbed driver attach the hold down chains to anything but the tow hooks. I had a AAA approved tow driver attach them to the rear control arms (on a different car). Bent them both. Replaced at their cost, but the driver's side arm was never the same.

Looks like a large dog dragging a dead deer. Idiots.
You either flatbed a sports car, or you fix it on the spot. |
Fail

Are you nuts? Do not dishonor the Z by towing anything. Ever.

If you need your car towed do you tell them right away to get a flat bed and not accept any other type of towing or what?
