The 7AT is easier to live with and is usually a bit quicker. 6MT is more fun and easier to get to ridiculously high hp numbers. What you should get depends on how/where you will be driving it and what you want to do with it.

I heard the AT was also the choice of notoriously unreliable people.:ugh2:



It's also way to hard to eat while driving a manual, so that makes it pretty easy.
