i actually was able to tuck mine into the a-pillar, completely out of sight without having to remove it. although i did remove it when i installed my GPS antenna i still think this is the cleanest look though...the pics you posted dont flow well with the interior:

how did you remove it? was there any other pieces that had to be removed before the pillar?
I like the switch mount in your pic, but when everything is all said and done you would not be able to see the wires and it would be positioned pretty well (my mounting location). If i ended up not liking this mount, i could always try the dummy switch mount. |
