bought 2011 nismo on impulse, wants to exchange

He's been wanting a Z for a long time. He bought it but regretted he bought the wrong model/type. He didn't regret he bought the wrong car. Uh, it's called poor financial planning, not buying on impulse. Nobodys gonna wake up and decide i'm going to buy a house today and actually purchase it in the same day. it takes months to buy a house and you have to be financially qualified. its not impulse buying. you have months to think about it.

Nobodys gonna wake up and decide i'm going to buy a house today and actually purchase it in the same day. it takes months to buy a house and you have to be financially qualified. its not impulse buying. you have months to think about it.

My brother just impulse bought a house. 4 days from offer to closing.

I didn't say that people were impulse buying houses. I agree that it's poor financial planning, just like impulse buying a $40k car is poor financial planning (more like no financial planning lol). I was just saying that buying a house that you know you can't afford is a more stupid thing to do with your money than to impulse buy a car that you can at least afford to buy.
