Default 370z chassis

I wanted to know how long would a modern chassis last before weakening beyond the point where the car could not be raced anymore on the track safely or the performance being effected. I'm planning on keeping my Z for at least 8 years and want to eventually turn it into a strictly track car, but I want to do it around 6 years from now. I know that the old car chassis were made tough, but I'm not so sure about the modern once. Also would putting the chassis braces help preserve the chassis overall?

This is the stiffest Z chassis they've made yet, your car will be fine many years from now for track use as is. Too many FTL jumps however, will weaken the structural integrity of the hull.

During street driving, you really won't affect the chassis at all on most modern cars. However, it won't really matter because you will be most likely adding a roll cage which would add even more rigidity depending on the type of track work you plan on doing. Bottom line is I would not worry about it and enjoy the car!
