We got a few inches here about a month ago and I was able to make the 15 or so mile trip home from work. I wouldn't recommend it though.

this car is great in the snow with the proper tires. I slapped a set of blizzak LM60s on and have driven several days in snow covered roads here in KC. This thing gets around like a tank with the right shoes.
The only time I couldn't drive the car this winter is when we got a foot of snow a couple weeks ago.. ground clearance is a problem obviously. But anything up to 3-4 inches is a breeze. I would rather be driving this car with snow tires in those conditions than a front wheel drive car with all seasons. It's that good. |
