Winding Road Article: 370Z vs. RX-8 vs. Genesis

Saw a short article today on secondhand cars under $25K that I haven't seen here before. They seem to have the right idea... Winding Road Magazine | Issue 67

Interesting...

Since when is the RX8 the benchmark for the rear drive sports car?

Nice find, that article was actually pretty interesting. I liked how they did not limit themselves to brand new cars as well, this is much more realistic in terms of catering to an enthusiast crowd.

You know why RX-8 sucks as a daily driver. It can't average 20mpg on highway!!!

Hit the blue arrow at the top of the page to advance the article.

Nice article...I will ask aliens if they envy the RX-8 styling next time I see one.

Nice Article

I like the fact that they say the 370Z has "swagger" which I'd have to agree with

I acutally thought the RX-8 pushed more HP that that, but makes sence with the 1.3 Rotary

The initial HP ratings for the RX-8 were overestimated. Mazda offered 2004 owners free maintenance or to buy back the car as a result.

The HP was never the problem for me, it was the lack of torque. Still, the RX-8 is quite light at less than 3000lbs curb weight. Very tossable!

Love the Z way more, though!
