Performance Numbers

Yeah I've seen plenty of the magazine reviews and they all vary, not consistent at all. Motortrend has the fastest reviews on the Z. 0-60 like 4.7 sec everyone else has it 5.1, 5.2 etc. Was just curious how much of a gain ppl got with certain mods. Say someone put on test pipes or headers or anything. How much of a difference did they notice, how much did it improve 0-60 or 1/4 mile or roll on power etc. I was fortunate to run into a guy the other night who had put on HFC. We couldn't run em from a dead stop but rolling power in 2nd gear he slowly creeped ahead of me, once we went into 3rd we let off. That was the only mod he had done so far. He didn't even do drop ins.
