Normally, your engine is probably not starting because the ECU (or whatever computer it is) detected that there has been an impact and it shuts things down for safety. At least that was the case with my Mitsu.
But there could be number of things, most common being blown fuses, damage to relay/fuse box and damage to other sensors/wires and such. You can't diagnose this issue online, I'm afraid.
