This is exactly what I'm hoping for. Happened to a couple of my friends but since the "sure" thing out there is that you can only take it once per 12 months it kind of brings my hopes down. I'll make sure to ask for Deferred Disposition and ask to take Defensive Driving as well. Thank you!

I've always retained my traffic lawyer long before the court date. They usually file for an extension a couple of times in the hope it will be dismissed.

You mean the lawyer hired asks for an extension of the court date then the judge just dismisses it after?
