I had a clean record before this. 60 on a 45 and he gave me a failure to obey highway ticket. I payed it off, which was like $94, it was a 3 pointer but should I have gone to court? Should I take a class to bump up my points? I am 19 and I will be 20 in a month and have been driving since 16. PS: He pulled me over as I turned into my neighborhood too...
