ive worked with my PDR trainer years ago at an audi dealership where the porter ran a brand new A4 through the nylon brush wash and broke off the antenna on the roof + bending the surrounding metal.

we were asked by the dealer to PDR the roof asap before the customer found out wat happened. i was like

and the dealer asked 'ken, you can't fix it?

' and i was like 'i can fix the roof, but you guys still have an nylon brush autowash??!! WTF!
