That's why you take your time and do it right. Don't cut corners and you'll be fine.

Sick! I wish I had the money for something like that!

Exactly, I thought the economy was bad. I am still amazed at how the money thrown into mods and stupid stuff. (I am guilty, full of $hit int he garage)

If you just wanna GO REALLY FAST, then get a car that isn't really expensive to mod. engine swaps=expensive. engine building=expensive. turbo kits=expensive.

I obviously would not be keeping my transmission...

just buy a corvette and be done with it.

It's not about having the money and just buying a vette I love my Z and want to make it as unique a ride as possible for myself.

LSx swaps are not unique, its the most common swapped engine in to vehicles.

Want to be unique? Swap in a VK56 or a built VH45DE.

But it still makes the most since to just turbo your VQ37.

Re-sale will still suck. You will NEVER get NEAR your money back from mods. That is why you can buy 1200whp Viper's for $90K instead of the $200+K they cost to build, etc.

45 is usually the minimum legal speed on a 60mph highway. At least, in my state. If you are in the right lane doing 45, you're legal.

Are you kidding me how many 370z's do you see running around with any kind of corvette motor not to mention an LSX how would that not be unique and If your gonna start comparing a VH45DE or a vk56 which one is an Armada motor and the other a qx motor to an LSX??Which is A RACING CRATE MOTOR not that the other's are not but there simply is no comparison here so.....Honestly you should not even be posting in this thread or racing cars :gtfo2:

dnasty370z 10-18-2010 08:50 AM

And At this point when this happens the car will be gutted not driven ever only raced and the entire a/c system will be gone I don't see the point in trying to make that work out It will probably be a headache any.

Do you think anyone that sticks an LS in anything gives a flying f*ck about resale value? :shakes head:
