x2, same thing for me actually. I also get many comps and "that stare of awe" from men and women in far more expensive cars (the best was from a middle aged white couple in a Ferrari California that gave me smiles, waves, and fist pumps)!

The "stare of awe" thing is the best. First time I took my Z to the station where I usually fill up, the attendant's jaw actually dropped when he saw it. I couldn't help but smile.
My dad made fun of me when I told him about all the looks and compliments I was getting... until he saw that look of awe himself on the faces of some of his neighbors as they jogged past my Z parked in his driveway. ![]() |
