the 2.0 is turbo right? If so then a chip and exhaust will knock that down to 6 secs. I had an Audi 2.0T and a chip and exhaust did wonders (0 60 in 5.5 secs), plus it was very TQ heavy and can get you in trouble.

You and that damn Audi, I tell ya, and you also had a chip that allowed the sport mode to shift faster, and as I recall, it was a 2004.5 +rep to me.

actually I had 2 Audi TTs, the last was an 09 that came out in April of 08. The TQ was over 300 lbs on a FWD, kinda fun but not fast enough. Now the TTRS is coming to the USA and I might jump on that if funds allow. Chevrolet was trying to under cut my trade in too much for the vette.

TTRS 0 60 in 4.5, chip and exhaust its down to 4 secs. All turbos have lag, the TT was a small turbo that came on at 2500 rpms but died quickly, the TTS & TTRS is a bigger turbo so there will be some lag but will stay on boost for a long time. Im sure the Gens turbo is about the same as the TT and hits boost early but dies out fast too. But a chip and exhaust will make it fun to drive.

I drove a BMW 335 IS with twin turbos, and I was surprised it was a turbo
there was no perceived lag
