got little rattling from roof sealing(interior part) and i do have overheating problems when outside temp goes over 90, the oil gets hot allways but water temp just jumps up

and i do have overheating problems when outside temp goes over 90, the oil gets hot allways but water temp just jumps up on certain condition of whether i do burn oil anyways,little by little
