I would have to say keep the 40th also.
I work at a small company. I had my black 370Z for 8 months when a guy here bought a black Nismo 370Z. After a month of jokes about us having the same car I started to get people telling me how the wing on the nismo was ridiculous, and one guy asked if I could have gotten that "junk" on mine. Opinions here are split on the wheels. I like the Nismo wheels alot, but not enough to get rid of mine and buy some. Now I am not trying to bash the Nismo, but I tend to think the regular (and 40th Anniversary) versions of the 370Z may age better without looking dated.
