Dealership horror stories???

fusz- i have to agree, some folks are just frikken nuts. this is why i cant stand retail sales. i remember back in the days i was working part-time at an appliance store.

waaaay past warranty period, customer claims he never used the humidifier he wanted to return and wanted full refund. i open the box, the humidifer had water in it...

checked with the manager and he declined to accept the return. so i told the customer sorry it's past the store policy warranty/return period, there's water inside it, i can't take it back.

he calls the cops. officer comes to talk to me, but he is also scratching his head.

we gave him the full refund just because this asian freak looked like he was going to burn the store down if we didn't.
