When I got my windows tinted the guy unbolted the door switch, the little push button that is pushed in when the door is closed. When you open the door the button pops out and this activates the interior light and your auto window roll down. My advise is to check this button. If it's loose it won't function properly and your window won't roll down when you open the door. Open the drivers side door, look at the middle of the door frame,'right hand side. Just behind the u shaped clamp that holds the door you'll see a rubber button, that's the one.

Then do the window reset again. Just because they go up and down fine doesn't mean the reset won't fix your problem. Good luck!

Glad I could help. Shouldn't be to hard to fix yourself. First check if it's screwed in tight, it's just a Phillips head screw holding the button to the door frame. If it is tight, unscrew it again, take it out and see if the plug in the back is plugged in correctly. It's just a simple switch, can't be to much more wrong with it then those two things. If that doesn't solve it. take the button from the passenger side and put it in the drivers side. If that works you know the button is caput...
